The requirement was to arrive 4 hours before our flight time. Thirty minutes after we arrived, we were at the gate waiting for the flight, which of course was an hour late. Four hours to walk the concourse --- we got in three miles before we were too bored to go on.
But the flight itself was smooth. We were at the hotel by 4:00 and took our first walk in Havana before dinner.
The hotel lobby was quite nice-- old and worn, but fine. The rooms-- not so much. Pretty Spartan. But dinner and breakfast were adequate and what do you really need other than a bed and bathroom. We had both.
