Poker Run!

We had a leisurely camp breakfast on the lovely porch and let Stela take her first lake swim on Saturday morning. The rest of the Scruggs arrived mid-morning and we borrowed our friend Pat's floating dock for the Poker Run. We registered at the sand bar, put in our $5 a person to join the fun, and headed out all over the lake to gather signatures and prove we had visited each 'point' of Star Lake. Nathan jumped overboard and swam a few times, but the rest awaited the warmer water on the sand bar. Back at the registration area, we drew cards from a bag after turning in our signatures. We took second place and won $95! Fun day!!
