The Wild Center in Tupper Lake is about an hour's drive from Star Lake. It is a hands-on, interactive natural history museum, with a tree top wild walk. All of us, except Russ and Stela, visited. We had lunch at the Big Tupper brewery and the way home, and then spent the evening in lake-time fun at our Stone House camp, not too far by raft from their camp.
